2. How can we guarantee quality?
For electronic component/device, 100% original and in ESD package with moisture barrier bag. Warranty would become void on condition ESD package is broken artificially.
3. Why choose us?
Because of business relationship, we can source specific MCU/Chips in shortage globally. Some of components come from surplus of EMS facotry due to occasional order cutoff, the rest come from tier 1 distributor from prestigous brand.
4. How to close deal ?
For the new customer, 50% deposit is required, the rest paid up before shipping (EXPRESS DHL/Fedex/UPS). Third party inspect(white horse lab) is supported, but test would be conducted after seller receives 100% payment of
MCU/chips. And buyer is responsible for thrid party test as well as wear and tear on MCU/chips.
5.How many test items and how long does it take to finish test report?
Test items includes following, Pin Correlation Test; Failure Analysis; Reliability Test; EMC Test; Rohs Test; External Visual Inspection; Heated Chemical Test; PCB Process Design; Programming; X-Ray Inspection; Baking and Dry Packing; Electrical and Temperating Test; Soderability Test; Decapsulation; Tape and Reel. And report availability depends on specific test items buyer choose. For used chips, decapsulation, soderability test and programming are recommended. For brand new chips, it depend on customer.
